Terms of Service

1. What LubeFlo is

LubeFlo is subscription shop-management software for auto repair businesses (“Shops”). Shops use LubeFlo to manage customers, vehicles, work orders, inventory, staff, scheduling, and payments. LubeFlo is provided by the operator of this service (“we,” “us”) to Shops that create an account (“you,” “your account”).

2. Beta / early-access status

LubeFlo may be offered during a beta or early-access period before its general release. If you're using LubeFlo during such a period, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and features, pricing, and availability may change or be discontinued as the product matures.

3. Your account and data

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including actions taken by staff you invite. Keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for the accuracy of the customer, vehicle, and payment data you enter — LubeFlo is a tool for managing that data, not a guarantor of its accuracy.

4. Payments processed through LubeFlo

Card payments your Shop collects from its customers are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor, through each Shop's own connected Stripe account. Funds from those payments go directly to your Shop's bank account, not to LubeFlo. You are responsible for complying with Stripe's terms of service for your connected account.

5. SMS and communications

If your Shop uses SMS reminders or promotions, messages are sent through our messaging provider, Twilio, to the phone numbers your Shop has on file for its customers. You're responsible for having appropriate consent from your customers to text them, and for honoring opt-out requests.

6. Subscription and billing

Access to LubeFlo may require a paid subscription after any applicable trial period. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise agree in writing. We may change subscription pricing with advance notice.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use LubeFlo to store data you don't have the right to store, to attempt to access another Shop's data, to send unsolicited or non-compliant SMS/email communications, or to interfere with the normal operation of the service.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep LubeFlo available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or change features over time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.

10. Termination

You may stop using LubeFlo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other Shops.
